The Fashion show at The Somerset Resort, Turks and Caicos

Posted by Andy Mann

SomFashfrntThis is the third year we have helped the Somerset resort with its annual fashion show or “Fashionation”. With all local models, local designers, local makeup artists and the Somerset itself, its amazing what they are able to produce in a busy event and party season.

At the last count their were at least four other events all happening last Saturday evening- which for an island the size of Provo is a lot! It was a great show and even had a few cameo appearances from the Somerset team too!

Well done to Karen, Monique, Courtney and everyone else.

Froggie’s Ultimate ATV Tours.

Posted by Anita Marcus

Froggie-006-firstI have heard people say that there is not much to do here on the islands. I never ever got that. Really…… you mean besides diving, snorkeling, fishing, island hopping, horse back riding, snuba, going on a submarine, renting a scooter, wake boarding, tubing, kite surfing, taking walks on the beach, going to the cinema, doing a photo shoot with us :) kart racing, miniature golf, doing all kinds of sports ( well okay… except for ice hockey, but we could even do that here, if someone would freeze the sports center ) So take your pick and more. A 9-11 love story – Aaron & Candi at Villa Renaissance

Posted by Chris Mann

Hark-thumbSeptember 11th is a date that of course will always be remembered for the tragedy of the attacks on New York and Washington in 2001 – but thankfully there are also happier reasons to remember that date.

For Aaron and Candi from Virginia, 9/11 had special significance before 2001 – it was the day of their first date ten years ago, and also the day they got married in 2004!

This year, they came to stay at Villa Renaissance on Grace Bay, Provo to celebrate their fifth anniversary – and Aaron organized a surprise vows renewal for Candi – and a photo session with Tropical Imaging! Read the rest of this entry »

Shinaaz and Chris’ engagement session

Posted by Andy Mann

Adamo-frntAs both Shinaaz and Chris live in the Turks and Caicos we picked a great day to do their quick and easy engagement session. They both wanted something fun and simple -  so earlier this week we did just that !

It was delightful  – the connection they have is wonderful to see and they were BOTH game enough to go the whole nine yards and really get into it. The wedding is going to be so much fun!

Ten ways to “pop the question” in Turks and Caicos.

Posted by Andy Mann

Sandpiper_frntWell summer is virtually over in the US  and the autumn/winter season always brings on a flurry of proposals.

It’s also not uncommon for us to hear that the reason why many brides choose the Turks and Caicos for their wedding was that they had previously been on vacation here or were proposed to in the TCI – so we thought we’d give the guys a helping hand with some ideas.

Enjoy!
