Tradition and Style

Posted by Ileana Ravasio Posted in Weddings |

berkowitz_144.jpgHaving a Destination Wedding doesn’t mean leaving your traditions at home. Cara and David Berkowitz celebrate their union following every step of the Jewish Traditions: from the ceremony time to the Chuppah, from the Kettubah to the Mazel Tov, from the Hava Nagila to the Hora.

Every single detail was displayed to perfection and I had a wonderful time capturing all of them.

The event took place at The Somerset resort - a big thankyou goes to Katrina York, the wedding planner.

Our daily challenge is to shoot in the bright sun, but David and Cara changed the cards on the table and asked us to cover their ceremony on the beach after sunset, in the dark!
Luckily Bride and Groom agreed to meet each other in the afternoon for some pictures with friends and family and the rest of the day flew by really fast.

Cara’s dress was stunning and it fit her like a glove:

David and his groomsmen were a lot of fun. We love it when the boys cooperate!

  1. I still can’t believe that this was our wedding. The photos really make it even better to relive, and you captured so many details that were impossible to appreciate the day of the wedding. Thanks for adding to the joy of this most special day of ours.
