Meghan and Max
Posted by Ileana Ravasio Posted in Weddings |
Meghan and Max Steinbrenner got married last Saturday, February 02nd 2008, on the beautiful Royal West Indies beach.
20 friends and family members left the cold winter behind and travel to the island to celebrate their union. It was an elegant yet simple affair, full of love and joy.
Estelle Cartstens from Nila Destinations, did an excellent job helping the couple organizing the wedding - the beers she brought to Meghan and Max during the photo shoot was a super-appreciated extra touch!
Bride and Groom were really beautiful, nice and open to suggestions, making my job easy and fun.

It was the perfect weekend. Thanks to Ileana for her beautiful photos, Estelle for keeping it (and us) all together, RWI for the perfect resort, Trevor and Alexis/Mango Reef - we will always remember you, the Island Boys and Mashed Potatoes, Peas and Cheese!!! Much love to our fabulous family & friends, for their being there made it unforgetable. And the beautiful & handsome bride & groom - who never stopped smiling, may they always be as happy and they were in Turks & Caicos.

Mr. & Mrs. Steinbrenner,
How cool is that! What a setting and simply stunning bride and groom. So sorry we missed the affair, but know that we were there in spirit.
Thanks for sharing these great shots.
Love you,

What beautiful pictures! Everyone looked so gorgeous - and relaxed and TAN! I am sitting in CT on a cold morning hanging on every picture. What a dream wedding! Kim, Bryan, Mom, Dad, and our crew were together on the night of the wedding and we were thinking of you and toasted your happiness. Our love to you! Can’t wait to see you newlyweds in person.

What a wonderful experience!!! “Thank You So Much” to all of our friends and family. This was a truly magical event. Special Thanks to Estelle and Nila Destinations, Ileana and Tropical Imaging, Correy Forbes and the Island Boys, the Mango Reef Restaurant, and R.W.I. Our cherished memories will last us throughout the years. Good friends, great food, pleasant conversation, what more could you ask for. Key lime pie and s’mores on the beach after dark, perfection!!

Top Ten of Turks and Caicos (its really hard to choose!!)
1. Surviving the open ocean with Dad as our captain.
2. Seeing Phil and Camilla struggle more than us by actually flipping the boat.
3. Flaming shots at the bachelorette party.
4. Ali’s hair, eye brow and eye lashes igniting from the infamous shot.
5. Snorkeling the open sea.
6. The AMAZING french toast at the Mango Reef.
7. Rum punch with some extra rum to top it off.
8. Kyle being the BEST SMORE maker ever, while ducking behind a mound of sand to avoid 3rd degree burns.
9. Gregg reliving the 80’s dance craze…and Shelly getting it all on tape.
10. Seeing how happy and excited Meghan and Max were.

A truly beautiful couple and so many happy faces. That’s fantastic! I’m so happy for you, Meghan and Max. Have a wonderful and long life of wedded bliss. When PA. gets frigid, close your eyes and return to Turks and Caicos. (Better yet…revisit your paradise)

Meghan and Max,
I must have been in a fog when this came because I don’t remember this posting piece! How nice!
Well now that nearly two months have passed you no doubt have BEAUTIFUL memories of a surreal several days. As wonderful as it was, my wish for you is that the years to follow will be fuller and richer and even more memorable than your beautiful Turks and Caicos wedding!
Love you,
Dwane and Mary
