The Moes Family at Villa Renaissance

Family get-togethers are always fun to shoot - and this week’s was no exception. Kellie and I headed to the splendid surroundings of Villa Renaissance on Tuesday to photograph the Moes family - Mike Sr. & his wife Sue, their son Mike Jr & his wife Cindy with sons Ethan and Adam, and daughter Kathy and her husband Tom.

We had previously photographed Cindy’s sister and her family when they visited Turks & Caicos last May, so it was nice to meet the other side of the family! Read the rest of this entry »

Platypus Video Workshop - “Five Minute Movies”

As part of our recent Platypus Video Workshop, each of us had to make a five-minute documentary on a subject of our choice.

Not too hard, you might think - but we only had a single day in which to shoot it, and a day and a half allowed to download and edit the footage into a finished piece!
