Janet and Francisco’s wedding day

Janet and Francisco got married right here in the Turks and Caicos Islands. They selected the beautiful Sands Hotel for their time staying here and the beach right in front of the hotel for their ceremony.
It was a perfect day, the weather was great, both of them were so relaxed, we walked around the hotel and took some pictures there with the little bridges over the pool and under the gazebo in front of the pool.
Some family and friends were attending the wedding and even Francisco’s aunt who he had not seen in many, many years came to their wedding. Read the rest of this entry »

It has been quite a while since I have posted anything on our blog- I thought I would start with Willandra who was an absolute pleasure to shoot- and not to mention Gorgeous!
The overwhelming colors you see in the Turks & Caicos are firstly the vivid, “hit you between the eyes”, drop dead gorgeous blues of the ocean followed by the green of the tropical plants and trees. We see a lot of blue and green!! So when Kerri had a vibrant, vivid bouquet of red roses it was the perfect accessory to include in their wedding story.
It was a grey and windy day last week when we helped Carmela and Paul with some engagement shots. Despite the uncharacteristic Caribbean weather we were able to conjure up some great images, and Carmela and Paul’s own electricity certainly helped “heat things up”….

It doesn’t happen every day that we get the chance to photograph a wedding on a private island with miles of empty shore and with stunning white beaches. But last week (Sunday) Andy and I were lucky enough to do this on the private island of Pine Cay to photograph the wedding of Katie and Amit Das.
