Karen & Jeff’s Wedding at the Grace Bay Club.

We are in rainy season - there is no doubt (see my earlier blog). It’s been a game of “chicken” with the clouds over the last few weeks - will it, won’t it? Last week was no different, but it turned from dark, stormy, almost flooding rain into the most “picture perfect” evening we have had in a while - all in the space of two hours. The gods were certainly smiling on Karen and Jeff’s wedding day……

Jeff came over with his family and relaxed in  the lobby of the Grace Bay Hotel on Grace Bay beach.

One of Karen’s key requests was “lots of color”.

Whilst we did capture some wonderful shots of her white dress and blue ocean, I just loved the sun streaming in from outside..

Karen is an avid reader of our blog (cool!) and had a list of images she wanted to have for her wedding - she even printed them out and brought the pages down - wonderful - more than happy to help - this was one of them ( adapted from indoors to outdoors).

6.15pm - hardly a cloud in the sky and an empty beach..

Even during the ceremony the color of the ocean was still vibrant.

We did it!!

As avid scuba divers a connection with the ocean was important and Karen wanted to get their hands, rings and the ocean..

The first dance in the lounge at the Grace Bay Club with two proud dads looking on.
