Allie and Quinn at The Grandview

Some of the weddings we shoot are planned months, even years ahead, and all the family are in on the preparations - but others happen almost on the spur of the moment - and the latter was the case for Allie and Quinn, who chose to get married on the beach by The Grandview last Sunday. The whole idea was for it to be a low-key, low-stress affair, and so it was.

The wedding was certainly a surprise for their relatives who accompanied them on their Turks & Caicos vacation - and it was a fun and happy occasion!

Just half an hour before the ceremony was due to start, the heavens opened - but as so often happens here, if you wait twenty minutes the weather can change, and by 6.45 it was dry again and the sky was clearing. One bonus of the rainclouds passing through was a spectacular sunset sky, as you can see below…
