Free engagement sessions that are also a lot of fun!

As part of our overall wedding service we are delighted to include engagement sessions as part of our packages. You can find out more about the sessions by contacting Ileana at ileana @tropicalimaging.com, but they are ideal for couples who come down many weeks/months before the wedding to do some planning.

We love them too as we have a lot of fun shooting them, but also we know that once we get to work with a couple they really “get” what we are all about and the images and stories we can then tell from the wedding day are that much better. It just helps to build the excitement level even further for the couple and friends and family as images are nearly always used on bridal websites, save the date cards and so on.

Last night I helped a couple who actually live on Provo with their delayed session due to the recent storms. Katherine and Robert were awesome. They arrived at the Regent Palms lobby and we just started to have fun. I set up locations we know work well, made some suggestions for relaxed “poses” and off we went. Before long it was dark and Rob and Katherine were just saying over and over “that was just so easy and fun”. And it was!

Below are some of the images from the shoot, but displayed as a ‘book”. This is how images will end up from most of our shoots - not as 5×7 prints, but laid out like this as a story.

Big thank you to Katherine and Robert for “going for it” and having some fun. Your efforts really paid off and you have some great pictures. I cannot now wait for the wedding!!!!
