As part of our ongoing pursuit of getting better at what we do we are surveying all our recent clients to see how we did and to get feedback from them on how we might do better. So far we’ve contacted many of our wedding couples from earlier this year, later this week we’ll be in touch with our portrait clients.

As a policy from now on everyone we help will get a “survey” once we have delivered all the prints, albums and DVDs so we can measure our performance month to month, quarter to quarter.

We believe its a basic truth - want to know how you are doing - ask !

Just in case we miss anyone or if you have comments you wish to let us have (good or bad) please e-mail andy@tropicalimaging.com and he’ll send you the link to the survey. All the surveys are anonymous so if you do have an “issue” please do leave your e-mail or a way to get in contact. If there’s a problem- we’ll fix it!

Oh yes and we are giving away a brand new Apple nano ipod to one of the people who completes the survey as a small token of our thanks.

Results so far - well when asked if they would recommend our services to other couples we scored a big 100% yes - which is really the best news we could get on a Monday morning !!
