The Gift Certificate – why its a GREAT gift.

With the Holiday Season right around the corner, I am sure that many people are a little apprehensive about “what to give” this year… It’s often a struggle to find that “perfect gift” and we often fall back to the trusty “gift certificate”. At Tropical Imaging we do offer a gift certificate, but unlike iTunes or Amazon gift certificates we feel it’s not just a last minute rescue option - it’s actually a very thoughtful and personal gift to give.
The photography we have of our families tends to revolve around “special occasions”. Sure we shoot a million photos of the new baby, but after the first three years… it’s back to Christmas, thanksgiving, a family reunion, wedding and vacation pictures. Certainly months if not years can go by without any record – almost 100% of couples I ask – the last time they had a picture taken together was either at their own wedding or at a friend’s…
A gift certificate is a “push”, we all know we should have great pictures of our family, but just like exercise we need a little help. We all have busy lives, rushing from one event to another, always putting things off to tomorrow. A Gift Certificate for a photo session is a thoughtful gift – the sort that a good friend gives to another.
Of course we are biased, but it’s something they will thank you for, for years to come.
