Brazilian Connection

Most of our clients at the Amanyara are from the United States, but last week after driving to the property I found out that the family I was photographing that afternoon were from Rio de Janeiro.
I really had a blast working with all of them, mom and daughter enjoyed having their photo taken and they were even doing some posing for the camera.
The guys were a little more shy at the beginning but after a few minutes they were laughing and having having a great time too.
Amanyara is an amazing property for family portraits and weddings, the beautiful architecture and the great views of Northwest Point makes this location a perfect photo spot. Read the rest of this entry »

Kate and Todd were looking for the perfect and quiet location to celebrate their wedding and that is why they chose the Turks & Caicos islands .

Every year we go to Provo Primary School and do the annual school photos. We try to give our photos a little bit of a twist here and there so they don’t look the same every time.
Two years ago I had the opportunity to meet and photograph the Rudolph / Rosen family and I was truly happy when Lynne contacted me again few weeks ago to “update” their family photos. The kids grew up so much, especially little Sydney who was just a baby the first time she came to the Turks and Caicos Islands.
Was it Mom and Dad’s 35th wedding anniversary, Alice’s birthday, Alan’s birthday, the arrival of little Matty or the simple pleasure of a family vacation in the Turks and Caicos that inspired Jodi to book a photo-shoot with us? Life is precious and some moments should not be forgotten…
