Heather and Florencio got a huge surprise when suddenly Heather’s Dad showed up for the wedding. How great was that for her, to walk down the aisle with her Dad on her arm. Needless to say that all the friends and family at the party were very lively, bubbly and pretty loud before the ceremony. During the ceremony, well not so much 
What a fun bunch of people, you can definitely see that in the photos, and Heather and Florencio: what a great couple, meant for each other. Right after the ceremony I was kinda minding my own camera when I overheard Flo say to Heather “So tell me what is your name again?” Mrs. Heather Cotto from now on. Too cute!

Destination weddings are a great opportunity for moments like the shoot I did last week a few minutes before the rehearsal dinner. The bride’s mom hadn’t had professional pictures of her kids all together since that “memorable” trip to a Sears portrait studio some 12 years beforehand…. so she was desperately keen to cajole everyone into having a few pictures together whilst they were all together for the wedding down here in Turks and Caicos.
