The Fashion show at The Somerset Resort, Turks and Caicos

This is the third year we have helped the Somerset resort with its annual fashion show or “Fashionation”. With all local models, local designers, local makeup artists and the Somerset itself, its amazing what they are able to produce in a busy event and party season.

At the last count their were at least four other events all happening last Saturday evening- which for an island the size of Provo is a lot! It was a great show and even had a few cameo appearances from the Somerset team too!

Well done to Karen, Monique, Courtney and everyone else.

Makeup and preparations behind the scenes. Makeup artist Tamie Touch was on hand to help the girls out.

Then it was “on with the show” (Kathryn – here is one of our former brides!!)

The first segment was “O’So Choc Daywear featuring local designer Rose Garland.

During an interval emcee Kimo Tymes couldn’t resist getting into our “spot light”.

Then on with the show with “fresh looks on the beach”.

The Somerset staff were having a great time and tried out their “blue steel” poses too!

Show coordinator Courtney Robinson kept things moving along – and on time! More segments followed including outfits from local designer Jarmel Williams.

Finally a quick group pictures of all the models, Jarmel and Courtney.
