A couple of weeks ago I met Marisela and James at our office – they had decided to make the trip to Provo to finalize their wedding plans and to ensure that Turks and Caicos is the place for them.

Beautifully Simple at Parrot Cay

Last week I met Beatrix and Istvan, a relaxed, friendly, outgoing couple who hired us to capture their beautifully simple, elegant wedding.

I had arrived on Parrot Cay at 3:30pm and was waiting in the library when Beatrix and Istvan found me, their wedding was scheduled for 6 pm so we had some time before the ceremony. We chatted for a bit and decided that we should take a few photos down on the beach. The Nicholls at Royal West Indies

Show them how BIG she’s getting!  Simon, Rosie and Daisy live here in Turks and Caicos and what better way than a photo session to show family and friends back home how fast the little one is growing.

Tanya & Paul get married at Nikki Beach

I first met Tanya and Paul last October, they came to Provo to make sure this is exactly where they wanted to have their wedding. After  getting some details of what they wanted covered we decided to take a few photos around Nikki Beach to give them an idea of what to expect. Tanya & Paul were great fun, they had no problems getting in the water and laying on the beach, in fact I think it was their idea.   Tanya must have already had a plan, they used a few of the engagement photos in the program for the wedding, the turquoise dress she wore was the theme colour for the Wedding details. Love it!

Dorothy & Nick’s wedding at the Villa Renaissance

It was such a pleasure photographing Dorothy and Nick last week at the Villa Renaissance. Everything was perfect, from the colourful bouquets and boutonnières to the table settings at Magnolia later that evening, the colours reflected Dorothy’s fun -oving, vivid personality exactly.

Diane and Jack from Island Harmony did a wonderful job setting the stage for a beautiful ceremony, their attention to detail never stopped throughout the day. Lesley & Ernie get married at The Sands

Planning a wedding during a long cold Calgary winter makes it all the more enjoyable when you sink your toes into baby powder sand to say “I Do”.   After months of dance rehearsal, and can I say Wow! , searching for just the right dress, all the table decorations, the shoes and the villa for the honeymoon, Lesley and Ernie were finally ready to pronounce their vows in front of 20 friends and family. Brittany & Fred at the Seven Stars Resort

Brittany and Fred are getting married!

On Monday I had the pleasure of shooting a few engagement photos of them at the Seven Stars resort on the north shore of Providenciales.

A beautiful quiet resort made it easy to get some great images and lots of soft flora around the property made for a wonderful backdrop. Being on the beach at 6:30 pm is a perfect time, very few people, soft light and a gorgeous sunset soon after – nice! Read the rest of this entry »

Sabrina & Karl’s engagement shoot at The Regent Palms

With Sabrina and Karl’s wedding day fast approaching we decided to get them camera ready, having a few photos taken before will ensure that you get great photos later.

Susan & Kevin’s Vow Renewal at The Regent Palms
